If your mug arrives broken, chipped, misprinted, or damaged, we’ll make it right. Send us a message within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange a free replacement.

Packages lost or returned because of an incorrect address entered at checkout are not eligible for a free replacement, so please double-check your shipping address.
